How does payment protection work?
You submit a protected purchase, share the agreement link with the seller, and track acceptance and payment confirmation in your dashboard. Funds stay protected until the deal terms are met.
Is it free to create an account?
Yes. Creating a buyer account is free and new accounts receive starter points to submit protected purchases.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute from your submission detail page. SecureBuy tracks the case and supports resolution with the evidence captured during agreement acceptance.
